Our second annual Limitless XC Camp was a giant success! Filled with cooking/preparing meals, hikes, runs, time in the water-and of course-a lot of fun! And we only averaged about one fall per run. And even only 1 fall getting out of a car!

Coach Eric Morford

(Camp Director)

Eric grew up in Brentwood & attended Heritage High School from 2007-2011. He ran on varsity cross country & track for four years.
In his last race of high school, he bested his own 1600m school record by three seconds at the NCS Meet of Champions with a time of 4:17.51. At the time, it stood as the fastest time of any high school boy's miler ever in the Discovery Bay, Oakley, & Brentwood areas. Today, it sits at the #2 spot.
Eric's late success in high school earned him admittance to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to run Division 1 cross country & track.
At 25 years of age, Eric is entering has already completed his fifth year as a high school coach and club coach. He is the owner of Delta Limitless and is passionate about improving the quality of runners in his community.

Coach Jennifer Derego

With 14 years of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate level under her belt, Jennifer DeRego is fresh off a stint of being the Women's Cross Country & Women's Distance Track Coach at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

DeRego’s collegiate coaching experience include stints as an assistant coach at the United States Military Academy in West Point in 2011, as well as a three-year stop at her alma mater, Cal Poly, from 2007-2009.

DeRego graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2002. There, she was a member of back-to-back Big West Conference championship teams in cross country in 2000-2001. On the track, she was the Big West 10k champion and school record holder in the event at the time. Following her collegiate career, she went on to become a two-time qualifier at the Olympic Trials Marathon in 2004 and 2008. She earned her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly in 2009.
