Summer Limitless
The focus of the program is to provide a competitive environment during the school’s summer break that includes the usatf summer championship series (none for summer 2021) and also helps keep students in shape for the upcoming fall xc season.
Grades 5-12
large team of around 50 students
3, 4, or 6 practices a week
Program Length: 6 Weeks (6/7-7/3 & 7/12-7/23)

High School athletes w/ experience (incoming 10th-12th grade)
The Limitless - Elite program is designed for highly motivated athletes who wish to develop as distance runners. The goal of the program is to provide valuable track experience in the winter time. Practices will be rigorous and the expectations for athletes will be high. The only athletes that should sign up for this should be serious about running.

the focus of the program is to help develop better running form for long term development and garner a love for self improvement.
For: Grades 6-8

Practices 2x a week (4:30-5:45pm)

HS Winter XC Team
the focus of the hs program is to help increase one’s aerobic capacity and racing ability while finding a balance between fun & competition.
For: Grades 9-12
